Frieze welcomes visitors of all ages and we hope you find Frieze New York an educational and enjoyable experience for the whole family. Please pick up a complimentary Art Passport from the information desk at the fair and discover galleries from around the world together.

Here is a reminder of the guidelines for families with young children in an art fair environment.

As you explore, remember that the fair booths and hallways are similar to a museum environment. Please keep your children close to you at all times and note that touching the art is not allowed. Even the natural oils on our fingers will damage art objects. To protect the art, please don't run or jump, and keep food and beverages within the dining areas.

Helpful tips for children

  • Please do not touch the artwork. Use your eyes!
  • A safe distance stay is at least six feet (two meters) away from artworks.
  • Please do not disturb other visitors by running, jumping or shouting.
  • Stay with your parents at all times.
  • Food and beverage must stay within the dining areas.

Feel free to ask questions and have a great time!
